Diane's class will end at 1:15 pm
Run Wiener Blut and Resurgence 1:45-2:15 pm (may continue with Resurgence until 2:30 pm w/Lauren)
Sunday, May 5
Company DAY OFF ~ rest up and pack for Festival
Monday, May 6
All participants Meet your chaperones at the Southwest Airlines ticket counter at the San Jose Airport at 9:30 am
(Do NOT be late!) non-stop flight to Spokane; auditioning dancers (Maddie, Jada, Sarah, Fiona, Quinn, Ruby) be ready to dance and go straight to the convention center from the airport
Scholarship Audition 3:30-6:00 pm
Opening Concert and Dancers Party
Tuesday-Thursday, May 7-9
The Ballet Alliance Festival days: classes, seminars, performances
SCBT performs on Wednesday
Friday, May 10
Participants return home on Southwest Airlines flight 4326, arrives SJC 2:10 pm
Saturday, May 11
Dancer/Parent Beginning Ballet Class 10-11:00 am
Refreshments provided by the Guild following
All Studio students Levels 1-VI Rehearsal for Student Demonstration with Carlos 12-2:00 pm
Cabrillo Dance Concert at the Crocker Theater 7:30 pm

Festival wrap-up meeting for all dancer participants (Senior and Petite Co) 6:30-7:00 pm

Student Demonstration Day ~ Company Call to Monte Vista Christian School performing arts center, 2 School Way, Watsonville 11 am
Warm up, spacing rehearsals - Bring food
Showing starts at 4 pm, ends approximately 5 pm
Tickets are available in the office, and will be available at the door
Enjoy Andres Taco Truck or bring your own picnic on the lawn after the performance

TBA Festival participants return to San Jose Airport, Southwest flight 4326 arrives at SJC at 2:10 pm
Saturday, May 11
Dancer/Parent Beginning Ballet class (spring auction fund raiser: Aisha, Jacqui, Lucas, Olivia) 10-11:00 am
Refreshments provided by the Guild Co-Chairwomen following the class
All Available dancers in Levels I-VI + Boys for Student Demonstration rehearsal with the pianist 12-2:00 pm
Petite Company new piece - All dancers 2-4:00 pm

Student Demonstration at Monte Vista Christian School, 2 School Way, Watsonville

Performance 4:00 pm (approximately 1 hour in length)
Tickets are available in The Studio office and will be available at the door

Boys, Levels I, II and III will observe the Advanced class Choreography projects instead of your own ballet class 4:15-5:30 pm (only Level IIIb needs to dress for ballet, as they will have Pointe Class 6-7:00 pm; everyone else can attend in street clothes)
